As a single who is eligible to buy flats. The only carrot that may persuade me to vote "white team" is ELIGIBILITY for BTO of 3-room flat and more subsidy for chronic illness. (I'm a former cancer patient.)

Single only 2 room bto no choice... They scare u buy 3 room... Then bring your parents come over stay... then their house can rent out...

Take note that old hdb that left like 40 years once buy will get back zero valued. Old hdb are meant to rent out not for personal stay. Zero valued hdb is a nonsence thing as the land bought by hdb from SLA is not return back to SLA. HDB must refund the back the value of the land calculated in the purhcasing price at the end of 99 years leased.
