Let's pay tribute to one of the best comedians that I have ever seen.
Hail Moses Lim.

This one damn funny. Even after so many years.

See when got standard...
Just 2 people is already enough for the most part.

The 1990s were the peak of a lot of things.
搞笑行动 was one of them.
Carried hard by Moses Lim and Jack Neo.

If I remember right,
before the creation of 搞 笑 行 动,
Moses Lim and Jack Neo were famous for their 2 person
comedy talk show aka "Xiang Sheng" on channel 8.

搞 笑 行 动 was created later on after the pair decided to make
comedy night show more dynamic,
Mark Lee and Henry Thia came on board too.

Beautiful, beautiful memories indeed

I agree Bro.
For me the 1990s and early 2000s were the best eras.
The Channel 8 shows were just brilliant.
Now then we can appreciate it even more, of just how good they were, looking back at it.

When you were young, especially as a kid, you tend to take it for granted.
Because you think that oh things are just like that.
No it is not like that.
Just see the standard nowadays for the Channel 8 shows.

I can only really remember one show that I find not too bad in recent times.
Got Thomas Ong one and the Bonnie lol.

Oh and also the Long Ting Guang.

Ah yes after some thinking...this show lah
钱来运转
and that's in 2016 lol, 9 years ago already.

Shows nowadays?
Sorry if I am being blunt but...I hardly watch cos yeah...the standard...
*coughs*

I see I see.

Maybe you can tell me more bah
cos maybe you younger than me lol.

I remember going to watch live 搞笑行动
as a young kid
And I can tell you what you see on TV is really more or less what you see live.
Means they really got standard one
Don't like edit out mess ups and things like that.

Really good sia the level of comedy.
They are thick-skinned enough.
Like Moses Lim and Jack Neo
Very 不要脸
They don't hold back
Like that then funny mah

Nowadays the young generation celebs are scared of losing face and 'damaging the image'
So they hold back

And once you hold back
GG already
Comedy is like that, you cannot hold back...

Thanks for sharing bro,
at least you follow our local drama till 2016,
I never really followed the local scence after watching
"The Unbeatables III" in 2002 ...
I did watched "The Little Nyonya" for a few episode in 2008.

钱 来 运 转 (2016) I never watched,
too busy with work, family and sports punting

Long Ting Guang,
yes indeed,
The Unbeatables 1 and 2,
those were the good old days my friend

Nice to know you watch 搞 笑 行 动 in person before,
you ever watch Hua Liang and Zhao Jing (华亮, 兆锦) commedy night show?,
they started out earlier than Jack Neo and Moses Lim,
both gang were competing with one another during that era.

Those moments, that era ..
you cannot find anymore in this social media era anymore brudder
